Your order will be delivered to your delivery address during 09:00 – 18:00 working hours (weekdays and Saturdays).

If you are absent in your address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch of your cargo company. If you do not receive your cargo from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us.

If the ring you purchased does not fit properly (big or small), necessary adjustments will be made regarding the size of your ring, and your ring will be sent to you in 6 months after delivery without a charge.
