The orders you place on our website are delivered to UPS and Yurtiçi Kargo within 1-3 working days. You can check the status of your order from ‘My Orders’ option under ‘My Account’ section.
Your order will be delivered to your delivery address during 09:00 – 18:00 working hours (weekdays and Saturdays).
You can check the status of your relevant order from My Account tab. You can share your new receiver information or new delivery address with us from the contact page.
Cargo companies do not deliver on public holidays.
If you are absent in your address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch of your cargo company. If you do not receive your cargo from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us.

If the ring you purchased does not fit properly (big or small), necessary adjustments will be made regarding the size of your ring, and your ring will be sent to you in 6 months after delivery without a charge.

Keep your precious jewelries either in their original packaging or in a box separate from each other to prevent their contact.
Diamonds are exposed to agents such as dust, oil, dirt, perfume, hairspray that may alter the brightness and color over time. You may observe that your jewelry is getting dirtier and fader over time. This is completely normal. All metals and gemstones should be kept away from bleach and chemicals. Keep your jewelries either in their original packaging or in a box separate from each other to prevent their contact. It is recommended to have your jewelries cleaned once a year for their brightness and cleanness.
