Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original box, and with its certificate.
- Custom-made or engraved products are excluded from returns.
- Return shipping costs are covered by us (insured shipping).
Exchanges
If your size doesn't fit or if you prefer a different model, you can make a free exchange within the same period.
You have the right to unconditional return or exchange within 14 days. Personalized products (custom design, engraved) are excluded from this scope.
