Production Time
Each piece begins production in our workshop after your order is confirmed. The standard production time is 4-5 business days. This period may be extended for orders requiring custom design or stone changes; the exact duration will be communicated to you during appointment/order confirmation.
Shipping Process
Once your order is complete, it is shipped insured via our trusted shipping partner, Loomis. You will receive a tracking number by email once your shipment is dispatched.
