Your orders are delivered to the cargo company within 3 work days (Monday to Friday) after obtaining the approval of the bank. The cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days, depending on the delivery address of UPS and Yurtiçi cargo.

Cargo delivery is not made on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries corresponding to weekends and holidays shall be made on the first work day.

Your purchased products will be delivered to you free of charge by our contracted UPS and domestic cargo companies.

If you wish, you may provide different delivery and invoice address, so that your gifts are delivered to your beloved ones without an invoice.

The products you purchased will be notified to you by a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products selected is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed of the date when the product will be in stock.

You will be notified of a mishap caused by us, based on your membership information. Therefore, it is of importance to have your membership information correct and accurate.

Please check the products you ordered by comparing them with the delivery note at the time of delivery. If you are of the opinion that the products are missing or damaged, do not accept the delivery of the cargo and take the minutes of the cargo delivery personnel. Report the situation to DVS Diamonds officials using our communication channels. Your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible after the necessary investigation. Once you receive the product, you accept that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

Your order is under the guarantee of DVS Diamonds until it is delivered to you by the cargo company.
